How does it work?
- First, subscribe to the Virtual Assistant Helpdesk service. Choose either a monthly or annual subscription below, according to your business needs. Once you’ve confirmed and paid for your subscription you’ll then be sent our helpdesk email address.
- Once subscribed, whenever you require some assistance in using an Office program simply forward your problem to us, using the email address provided.
- You will receive an email response with our solution for your specific challenge (while most queries will be dealt with on the same day, and often within an hour or so, please allow up to 16 hours for a response).

Responses to queries are usually delivered on the same day, and probably within an hour or two. However, please allow us up to 16 working hours to provide your tailored answer.
The helpdesk service is here to provide you with the information needed to enable you to complete whatever task you’re faced with within your own business. If you are ever looking to outsource a task entirely, we will be happy to provide a quotation for this service.
The Virtual Assistant Helpdesk service extends to the standard features of Microsoft Office Products but excludes programming in VBA.
If at any time you feel you don’t need us any more you are welcome to cancel your subscription. We run your monthly payments through PayPal so you remain in control of your payments, either through PayPal or on your Mastercard or Visa. Should you wish to unsubscribe, please email us and we will deal with your request as soon as we possibly can.
We’re also so confident in our knowledge of the Microsoft Office software that should we be unable to help you, or if we get it wrong, we’ll give you a full refund.
