Not sure if your pricing is right?

This is the ultimate workbook for setting the right rates for you

Many Virtual Assistants begin their pricing strategy by matching the average industry price, looking at their competition, or undercutting rivals … Successful Virtual Assistants don’t

Whether you’re a new business, or looking to review your prices, this 25-page workbook will take you through each step to finding your perfect pricing strategy, including:

  • How to convert an employed salary to a freelance hourly rate, so you can start up with confidence
  • How to explain the difference between those rates to a client
  • Why you shouldn’t charge the industry average for VAs
  • How to work out your hourly rate for the lifestyle you want
  • What you need to do to be able to charge more for your services
  • Charging for additional services to raise your worth to clients
  • How to create a pricing strategy that will attract top paying clients

You’ll get an automated PDF, and a printable version for you to write in and scribble all over

Pricing is the number one thing that most VAs worry about getting wrong, so I’ve done a lot of the hard work that goes into working out the right rates for you

I bet you are worth far more than your rates would suggest – and reviewing your prices could lead to the lifestyle you want overnight!

Hello! I’m Jo Sparkes…

“Why did you become a VA?” is a pretty common question I’m asked. And the answer really is the lifestyle. Being virtual means I really can work from anywhere, and have the time I want at home with my family as well as running a successful business. I’ve been Managing Director of Expedio Virtual Assistance since 2003, one of the first businesses of its kind in the UK.

I wanted to work from home after my son was born, and even now he’s grown up and at university, I wouldn’t change the lifestyle I’ve got for the world! Since I took the plunge 15 years ago, virtual assistance has become a huge industry, and I get so many emails from people wanting advice on setting up their own business.

That’s why I set up VA Pro Magazine, in 2011, as a way of giving others all the skills I’d learned over years as a VA so they can reach their goals My aim is to get you where you want to be. I’ve had wonderful and terrible clients, been a sole trader and limited company, and faced almost every possible problem and still survived to tell the tale! I love my job, and I want you to love it too. That’s why I want you to have all the tips and help I didn’t have when I first started as a VA.

Setting prices too low or based on competition rates is one of the most common mistakes made by new businesses of all kinds, especially VAs, but I want to show you why setting yours doesn’t have to be complicated, and that you can have the lifestyle you want to achieve.

The Perfect Pricing Formula is the result of 15 years experience, and of getting my prices right for the lifestyle I want. Everything I’ve learned, across 25 workbook pages, for only £17.99. When I was setting up, I wished I had more help available to me. That’s why I’m making sure you can have all the help you need to succeed with VA Pro. With the right help and the right prices, you too can have the lifestyle you dream of.
